Decorating a cake is one of the most complicated parts of a confectioner's job. It requires precision and patience, but the results in the form of a hand-decorated cake and the delight of the guests are well worth the exercise to perfect this stage of work.
On the first day, we will bake a sponge cake from scratch, prepare the cream and assemble the cake. On the second day, we will make a buttercream plaster and decorate the cake with a chocolate drip along with fruit.
Each participant will go home with a hand-baked and decorated cake in a box.
