Traveller fascinated by the history, culture and cuisine of Asia. When she returns to Poland she recreates the flavours of the Far East in her cooking. Her interests are not only related to the food itself, but also to the cultural context that accompanies the dishes) Recently, her attention has been drawn to the Korean peninsula, especially its southern part. The months she spent in South Korea allowed her to taste and experience the multifaceted nature of Korean cuisine, from Kimchi to spicy chicken feet, Korean barbecue, rice noodles to ice cream soup. Visiting the country of the spicy pickle, she not only tasted Korean delicacies but also learned about the amazing people, customs and language.
