1. The Administrator collects information provided voluntarily by the Customers of the www.przystanek11.pl website for the purpose of booking participation in Culinary Workshops.
2. Personal data collected by the Administrator are processed in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 29 August 1997 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws of 1997 No. 133 item 883, as amended) and the Act of 18 July 2002 on electronic services (Journal of Laws of 2002 No. 144 item 1204, as amended) on the basis of authorization to process data and in order to fulfill the order placed by the Customer and for other purposes specified in the Terms of Service.
3. The Administrator makes every effort to protect the privacy of the data provided to him. The Administrator shall apply appropriate technical measures to ensure the protection of the processed data, in particular to protect the data from unauthorized access, disclosure, loss and destruction, as well as from being processed in violation of applicable laws.
4. Due to the voluntary nature of providing personal data by the Customer, the Customer has the right to access his/her personal data, correct them or remove previously added personal data from the data files maintained by the Administrator.
5. In the case of newsletter subscription by the Customer, the Administrator will send to the e-mail address provided by the Customer messages about services, competitions and promotions available on the website.
