Ceviche de Camaron Cartagenero - prawns, onions, coriander, lime
Posta Negra Cartagenero - beef stewed in a dark sauce, with onions and garlic
Enyucado / Dulce de Pina Cartagenero - cake based on grated cassava with pineapple jam
Are you ready for a culinary journey without a passport, but with a sharp knife and a big bowl of coriander?
Join us for a workshop where you'll cook shrimp so succulent they'll dance the salsa all by themselves (Ceviche de Camarón!), make beef that melts in your mouth (and impresses your mother-in-law) - Posta Negra Cartagenera!
As for dessert, you'll be introduced to the mysterious world of cassava, which is not boring at all, just sweet and coconutty (Enyucado), topped with pineapple jam (Dulce de Piña).
Guaranteed:
- lots of laughs,
- the exotic flavours of Colombia,
- and the fact that you'll go home with a full belly and a head full of inspiration!
Be sure to sign up before the shrimps get a chance to make up your mind!
