Born in Rome. He has been living in Poland for 13 years. For years he has been passionate about the cuisine of his country and since 2012 he has been teaching all the secrets of Italian cuisine here in Poland. Initially, he cooperated with the Sunny Republic in Poznań, then moved to Warsaw and started working with the Institute of Culinary Art / Banana Storehouse with great success. He also works with the Italian Culinary Academy, with the Cookiness Culinary Studio in Wrocław and many others.
Fans of Bel Paese will have the opportunity to learn not only the techniques used in the kitchen, but also all the interesting facts about the regional cuisine and the legends associated with it.
Wine is also his passion, and he has been a certified sommelier since 2023.
He conducts workshops on classic Italian cuisine, on regional cuisine, workshops on the combination of food and wine. He has been running "homemade pasta" workshops for several years with great success, and he also loves Mediterranean cuisine and teaches how to prepare pizza and focaccia.
