For over a decade, I have been cooking mainly Korean food – it is not only a way to prepare everyday meals, but also to nurture family traditions in our Polish-Korean home. The secrets of Korean cuisine were passed on to me by my Korean mother-in-law, and I gained my knowledge not only in my home kitchen, but also during numerous stays in Korea – tasting, learning and cooking alongside my family.
I worked in the Korean business environment for several years, but it was cooking that became my true passion. Today, I share it as a promoter of Korean culture and an online creator. On my Instagram (@sylwia.you), I show how to bring authentic Korean flavours into Polish homes. My cooking videos have already had over a million views, which only confirms the growing interest in Korean cuisine in Poland!
I cook for my family, friends and everyone who knows that there is always something Korean and delicious waiting for them at my house. If you want to discover the true taste of Korea, I invite you to cook with me!
