We invite you to a Korean feast.
First, we will cook one of the most popular dishes in Korea – an aromatic, spicy stew based on fermented kimchi, tofu, pork and aromatic spices. Perfect for colder days!
The next dish is a delicate and fluffy omelette rolled into layers, often with the addition of carrots, chives or seaweed. Popular as a side dish and a great snack for lunchboxes. And two dishes with kimchi.
Each guest will receive a packet of kimchi to take home! The workshop is partnered with the Jongga brand.
