Adam Bauer
In private, a husband and father of two children. Professionally represents one of the wine importers. He advises clients on the selection of wine for the cards, conducts tasting, training and wine workshops. He has been associated with wine since 2010. He started his first job in the industry without having a bad idea about the product he was supposed to offer his customers. To this day, he still remembers his first conversation and the passion with which his future boss talked about wine and opened this wide, as yet unknown world to him. During the first months of work and training, he met the people who vaccinated the guilty bug and this is how it all started.
What does he say about himself?
"In 2017 I started to share my knowledge during the wine workshops I organized and I felt that I wanted to develop further in this direction. I set up my own page on Facebook, where you can keep an eye on upcoming events. At the Krakow Sommelier School I am systematically expanding my knowledge in accordance with the standards of the prestigious London Wine and Spirit Education Trust. At the beginning of 2018 I completed the WSET level 2 course with honours, and a year later I also completed level 3 at the Polish Wine Academy with honours"..
