We invite you to an encounter with Japan.
During the workshop, you will learn, step by step, how to prepare sushi yourself. The tutor will discuss techniques for cutting fish, rolling sushi and shaping rice, and will show you which nori algae to buy. He will give a recipe for vinegar syrup. During the class, he will approach each participant and show up close how much rice is needed for 1 roll and recommend the technique for laying it out.
We will prepare several types of sushi. The making of the sushi is followed by a tasting.
