Carlo Bognolo

Chef of La Tavola restaurant in Katowice. He comes from Venice, but grew up in Piedmont. There he graduated from culinary school. His 36-year career began in small family trattorias and taverns, as an assistant to famous chefs. He continued his work in restaurants awarded with Michelin stars and Gault&Millau. He is a member of Italian Federation of Chefs FIC. He collaborates with the Chef Team in Venice.
