Stefano i Katarzyna
For over 26 years we have been forming a Polish-Italian family. We live permanently in Italy, arranging our life in a landscape and culinary colourful puzzle between the Italian foreland where we have a family home, the Northern Adriatic as a keen sailor and Poland, where Kasia comes from.
Stefano, already as a young boy, worked for his mother in a pizzeria as a pizzaiolo. In the early 2000s, we already ran a restaurant and a pizzeria together in a tiny charming tourist village. Today we specialize in research and selection of regional producers of healthy and high quality food importing niche Italian food to Poland. Out of love for Italian cuisine, we cook and teach our friends how to cook, betraying their secrets and telling them about Italian culinary and regional traditions.
