Seasoning beef ... Sound mysterious? Well, yes. Until recently this concept was even unknown, but fortunately that is changing. During the workshop I will tell you everything I know about beef, its seasoning methods and cuts, both the well-known and less-known ones. You will learn why this process is so important to obtain meat from which you can prepare a perfect steak in a few minutes. I will tell you about breeds of beef cattle, about famous beef from the Kobe region, about South American pastures and Polish farms. You will also convince your taste buds that seasoning is no bluff or marketing ploy. Together we will prepare Tomahawks, Porterhouses and T.bons from good meat cows.
