- Belolučena paprika- roasted bell pepper salad
- Tufahije - apples stuffed with peanut butter (dessert)
Bosnia, Macedonia, Albania, Montenegro, Bulgaria, are the real gems of the Balkans, each unique, and yet similar to its neighbor, with their cuisine is similar - seemingly the same, and yet different.
During the workshops we will prepare top Balkan cuisine dishes, we will drink Macedonian mountain tea, and at the end there will be a real Balkan feast.
