Adrian learned how to cook from masters of Spanish cuisine with Michelin stars, such as Kiko Moya, Fran Martinez, Ivan Cerdeño Lopez, María José San Román and Pablo González. His love of the Iberian Peninsula's cuisine was born during a 40-day journey, during which he compared the cuisine in 22 places in Spain and Portugal.
