After sending the application to the above e-mail address, there will be an e-mail confirmation of participation, in which information about the necessary payment for participation will be sent.
In this workshop we will reveal to you the secrets of good bread and teach you how to bake it at home. We will tell you a bit about the history of bread, the types of flour it is made from (types, milling methods), how to recognise high quality bread. We will show the ingredients and share the sourdough starter.
Each workshop participant will bake their own bread to take home after the workshop. Only by working on your own - you will learn to do it right and avoid mistakes in the future.
