*Salsas: guacamole tipico, pico de gallo, salsa roja.
*Tacos de pescado - a light dish with fresh fish in a batter (we will also learn how to fillet the fish properly)

From nachos to tacos to churros, Mexican cuisine is fun, colourful, very aromatic and enjoyable to prepare. It is mainly known for its ingredients such as peppers (different varieties), corn and legumes (beans in more than 20 varieties). Mexico seduces with a variety of flavours in which there is something for everyone.
