He arrived in Porto as a teenager, initially working as a restaurant helper, in time he graduated from the local catering school and for the next 20 years worked in the best restaurants in Oporto.
He took part in the organisation of numerous dinners for the Portuguese elite, celebrity weddings and the biggest business banquets. Today, he is still passionate about cooking, and during his travels around the world he searches for the best restaurants and makes friends with chefs.
He regularly organises summer get-togethers for friends, cooking them his favourite dishes.
