1) Risi e Bisi – a creamy, buttery dish from Venice (neither a soup nor a risotto – you simply must try it!)
2) Orata al sale – sea bream baked in a salt crust with a bouquet of aromatic herbs used in Mediterranean cuisine, particularly in Italy
3) Spaghetti alla crema di burrata e melanzane – aubergines and the fresh, aromatic scent of basil combine with the softness of the much-loved burrata
4) Mus al limone – to round off these delicious seafood dishes, the table must feature a refreshing and creamy lemon mousse with a hint of limoncello
