Tagliatelle con Pesto Genovese originale – a Ligurian classic, green like the Italian hills.
Sugo all’Amatriciana – a fiery red sauce with guanciale and pecorino cheese.
Ravioli Caramelle with spinach, ricotta and Parmesan cheese – candy-shaped pasta served with burro e salvia (butter and sage).

Are you tired of packet pasta? Would you like to feel like you're in your grandmother's kitchen in Italy? 
At our Pasta Fresca workshop, we will make pasta from scratch – kneading, rolling, sticking and... colouring.
Because pasta doesn't have to be just yellow – we'll make verde, rosso, arancione and nero – green, red, orange and black.
And from it we'll conjure up bella pasta in four versions:

There will be rolling like in Fellini's film ????, a little flour on our noses and a lot of amore for Italian cuisine.
Finally, we'll all sit down together at the table and say Buon appetito! ????
