Although we often confuse them with ordinary muffins, cupcakes are in a completely different league of baked goods. They are miniature cakes – delicate, fluffy and always topped with rich cream and decorations.
Why is it worth baking them? First of all, they guarantee a ‘wow’ effect – nothing pleases the eye like a tray of beautifully decorated cupcakes. Besides, they bake much faster than traditional cakes, and thanks to the paper cases, they are immediately divided into portions. And they are a real culinary playground – you can experiment with fillings, cake flavours and cream textures.
Many people are afraid of flat cakes or heavy cream. During our workshops, we will prove that all you need to know is a few baking tricks to ensure that your baked goods are always fluffy and insanely delicious. The perfect cupcake is not a matter of luck, but of a few proven rules!
