It's already our tradition. We like to get together and we do it once a year.
At the beginning of 2026, an unusual meeting took place.
On Friday evening, the leaders of Przystanek 11 met. We organize such a meeting once a year. Once a year, the leaders can meet each other. On a daily basis, everyone conducts their classes separately. And so, they sat down at one table: Karolina (Thailand, Morocco, Middle East, Asia, Balkans), Anna (Georgia, Mexico, Colombia, Italy, France), Joanna (For Children), Krzysztof (Ramen), Adrian (Sushi), Marta (Bosko-Włosko), Anna (Wine and Italian Alleys), Iwona (Smakowity Blog Kulinarny), Krzysztof (Molecular), Anna (Lukier Królewski), Agnieszka (Greece), Hela and Sylwia (Korea), Katarzyna (Meringue), Łukasz (Bread, Pizza), Kamil (Macaroons, Cakes), Artur (Steaks), and the girls and boys from the website: Maria, Ola, Magda, Monika, Zofia, Marcin, Stanisław.
The evening began.
First, we had to make something to eat. How do you quickly organize food for 28 people? Get everyone to work. Every year, one of the hosts leads a workshop. It is an opportunity to learn a new dish or skill that the others do not know. This time, we were making sushi rolls. The workshop was led by Adrian.
He had a difficult task, as the participants were not focused. They were recording videos, taking photos, and talking over each other. The conversations and noise were distracting. And there were so many people willing to participate that we had to divide into two groups!
To say that it was fun is an understatement.
There were presentations and speeches. Each participant talked about what they do and how long they have been with the Przystanek11 team. Applause and cheers.
At the end, Krzysztof put on a show. His molecular cuisine dishes are unique. We tasted chocolate mousses and vanilla ice cream.
