How large can a workshop group be?
The group should be 16-20 people.
Do you organize off-site workshops?
Yes, provided we familiarize ourselves with the venue and assess its capabilities.
Do you organize workshops for large groups of approximately 30-100 people?
Yes, we can organize workshops for large groups. In this case, organizing requires more preparation time, checking the training location, etc.
We have vegetarians in the group. How can we ensure they have fun while the rest prefer meat?
For vegans or vegetarians, we can suggest alternative recipes.
Do I need to demonstrate basic culinary skills before joining the workshops?
No, our tips and recipes are sufficient for preparing the dishes.
What are workshops like for a standard group?
We divide the entire group into several smaller groups and divide the work. Each workshop participant has a specific task (e.g., washing vegetables, peeling and chopping, frying, mixing, tasting). We agree with the group whether the tasting will take place after each dish is made or at the end of the event. The instructor explains the workshop steps, discusses the ingredients and tools we will use. The instructor is with the group at all times and answers participants' questions. They check the accuracy of the prepared dish. They demonstrate how to plate the dish to create a restaurant-style experience. After all, we eat first with our eyes. For closed groups, we suggest having one of the dishes prepared in advance by us. This allows you to enjoy a light meal upon your arrival and then get to work.
Can we offer our employees/workshop participants an additional culinary gift?
Yes, this could be, for example, an apron with the company logo. We order these from our suppliers. Don't delay, as it takes about two months from ordering to fulfillment. Another gift may be a knife or ready-made products from the area/country whose dishes we cook.
